Are you recovering from an injury, childbirth, or managing a women's health condition and seeking a safe and supportive path back to exercise? Exercise can help women feel empowered to rehabilitate their bodies, regain strength, and enhance their overall well-being.

I offer the options of return to exercise consultations to be done at your own pace and in your own home/gym, as well as small group exercise clinical Pilates rehabilitation classes.

Classes can be tailored and scaled to the individual to help their recovery and gradual returning to exercise. These programs can be for returning or starting a new exercise regime for the first time, weight training to assist with osteopenia/osteoporosis, as well as return to exercise after childbirth, injury, or women's health-related issues.

Return to exercise consultation can occur in Essendon and Thornbury. Clinical Pilates Rehabilitation classes are available at the Thornbury location ONLY.
